Chassis Set-Up/Scaling

The best chassis is worth nothing if not set up properly. We now offer complete chassis set up and scaling. We use state of the art electronic scales, camber/caster guages and laser alignment tools. Choose from basic scaling or complete chassis set-up and scaling.

Basic Scaling-$ 25.00/hr-Includes setting weight percentages and setting camber. Also includes detailed print out sheet for your records.

Complete Chassis Set-Up-$ 40.00/hr-Includes setting weight percentages, setting camber/caster and laser alignment and laser toe setting. Also comes with detailed print out sheet.

Frame Integrity Check-$ 30.00 -Have a bad crash and want to know if the frame is bent? We can check it for you. Includes scaling and checking frame for bends on flat surface.

Important Info:

Appointments are necessary.  Usually 1 hr is all that is needed. Additional time after the initial hour is billed at $ 15.00 /per half hour. Payment is expected at time of service. For best use of your appointment's time, have kart set as you would race it. Have all tires inflated to racing levels, stagger set, all fluids set to racing levels, all safety equipment with you, correct gears and engine positioning , extra ballast and ballast hardware on hand, etc. 

Not respsonsible for damaged parts or frame causing desired set-up not to be acheived. In the event a part is found to be bent/broken, you will be responsible for all normal charges. Minimum charge is one hour.

We can help with specific set-up recommendations but it is suggested that you aquire a specific set-up from your kart's manufacturer before showing up to best utilize your time.
