Here's what we do: 

• Fully inspect the clutch upon arrival. Provide you with an honest written estimate for all parts and labor before any work is done. No hidden costs. no surprises.
• We true all the mating surfaces with precision tool room grinding equipment removing as little material as needed. This extends your clutch's usable life. High precision grinding equipment and processes are used giving much better results than the clutch's original production type machining at the manufacturer's facility.
• Fully inspect all machine work for quality before assembly.  Post machining inspection work is done with high precision indicators, vee blocks, granite surface plates and other tools assuring your clutch is built with the ultimate in accuracy and precision.
• Install new matched springs sets for your particular application.
• Install new friction disks, floater disks, screws, etc. as needed.
• Assemble clutch, set air gaps, set spring heights and set engagement RPM and a few other tricks.  
• Ship the clutch back to you ready to bolt on along with a tip sheet on how to maintain your clutch for best performance and longest life. Most shipping is done via USPS Priority Mail 2-3 day delivery.

Post machining inspection on drive hub insuring the quality is there.

We grind all clutch mating surfaces on specialized toolroom grinding equipment and custom fixturing. The surface finishes we attain are better than the clutch manufacturers provides. However, we are also able to tighten the manufacturing tolerances up by a substantial amount. All our clutch mating surfaces are flat and parallel within .0003 ( less than half of one thousands of an inch) or they are reground to make them right. The surface finish we provide assures the best clutch performance and improved heat disapation.
